Every new production means standing up environments, access, and workflows across multiple systems. Doing that by hand doesn't scale: it's slow, error-prone, and ties up production services. The team needed automation that could set up back-office infrastructure consistently, handle peak periods, and run with little manual intervention so they could support more shows without adding headcount.

The solution

Workflows run when new shows are greenlit or when configurations change, so the right systems and access are in place without ticket-by-ticket work. The integration scaled through a busy second half of the year and ran largely in fully automated mode across multiple shows.
