Pricing questions

Credits, migration, security, and how to get started.

How do Flo credits work?

Every plan includes a monthly base fee plus a credit grant (or pay-as-you-go on Starter). Credits cover AI indexing, analysis, image generation, and workflow runs. Semantic search is included in the base fee — not metered per query.

What happens if we exceed our monthly credits?

You can buy additional credits up to your plan cap. Lower tiers have higher top-up rates and hard monthly ceilings so usage scales with the right plan — the calculator on this page shows estimated overage.

Do we need to migrate off our DAM or MAM?

No. Flo is designed as a companion layer on the storage and systems you already use — S3, Box, Google Drive, Fabric, Rightsline, and downstream targets. Start with one workflow; no rip-and-replace required.

Can we bring our own storage?

Yes. Connect your S3 bucket, Box, or Google Drive in place. Originals stay in your environment; Flo indexes proxies for search and runs transformations and workflows on top.

Which plans include review and approve workflows?

Pro includes basic review — comment and approve on outputs you own. Team and above add full review & approve workflows: assign reviewers, set approval gates, block delivery until sign-off, and keep an audit trail.

Is Flo secure enough for enterprise media ops?

Flo supports SSO, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and runs on AWS. We are an AWS Partner. Review our security documentation at trust.flomenco.com. Enterprise supports single-tenancy and BYOC where required — talk to sales for security questionnaires.
