Migrating to a new title management system (Fabric) while keeping the business running means keeping the old and new systems in sync during the transition. That requires complex mapping, transformation, and bi-directional sync—plus features the new platform doesn't offer out of the box (bulk actions, custom naming, deep customization). The broadcaster also needed to sync title data between their exploitation catalog (Fabric) and their live sales site so commercial teams could sell with accurate, up-to-date information.

Migration and ongoing sync: Data sync between the broadcaster's internal metadata system and the new title management system (Fabric), with complex transformation and mapping so both systems stay in sync during and after the migration. Bi-directional sync keeps operations running while they move to the new platform. Flomenco also extends Fabric with bulk actions, custom naming, and other capabilities not in the core product.
Sales and distribution: For another business unit, Flomenco syncs critical title data between the exploitation catalog system of record (Fabric) and the live sales site, so what's on the site matches what's in the catalog.
