Browse your asset library

Browse ingested media in Assets with layout preferences that persist across sessions.

How to use

1. Open Assets

Click Assets in the sidebar (/assets). Flo loads your paginated asset library with infinite scroll.

2. Choose view mode

Toggle between card and table view using the view mode control in the toolbar.

3. Configure visible fields

Open the Fields dropdown to show or hide metadata on cards and rows: filename, file type, size, dimensions, duration, dates, tags, description, and more.

4. Adjust appearance

Open Appearance to change card size, aspect ratio, and thumbnail scale (fit or fill). This controls the asset grid only, not your global light/dark theme.

5. Sort and filter

  • Sort by filename, date created, file size, or file type.
  • Filter by type: all, video, image, audio, document, and other media types.

6. Open asset detail

Click any asset card or row to open Asset detail (/assets/{id}). Assets still processing may not be clickable until ingest completes.

7. Check connector health (admins)

Org admins can confirm source connectors under Settings → Connectors.

Troubleshooting

  • Empty library. Connect storage or upload files. See Connect Amazon S3 or Upload assets.
  • Assets missing after upload. Wait for processing to finish; refresh the page.
  • Cannot open asset detail. File may still be ingesting; check again in a few minutes.
  • Trash tab. Non-viewer roles can access deleted assets for restore.
